Each of these is part of every consultation. The aim is simple: you leave understanding your diagnosis, your options, and why the plan makes sense for you.
Your assessment is done by a neuro-psychiatrist (DNB Psychiatry) trained in modern medicine and in classical yogic science. Never a trainee, and never an automated AI tool.
A detailed history and diagnostic evaluation, including checks for physical causes, such as thyroid problems or vitamin deficiencies, that can mimic or worsen mental health symptoms.
A clear explanation of your diagnosis and every sensible treatment option, including therapy and lifestyle changes. Medication is one option, not the default.
Your treatment plan in writing, with a prescription only when it is clinically needed.
For online visits, a private one-to-one video call. Your records are kept securely, as per medical guidelines.

A structured, step-by-step assessment for adults who want a clear answer about ADHD.
No rush and no judgement. Here is what you can expect once the session begins.
You share what you are going through: how you feel, since when, and how it is affecting your sleep, work and relationships. We also go over your health history and any medicines you take.
You get a clear explanation of what may be going on, in plain language, with room to ask every question on your mind.
We agree on next steps that suit you. This may include lifestyle and sleep changes, yogic breathing practices, therapy guidance, medicines only where needed, and when to follow up.
Good to know: a consultation is an honest clinical conversation. It does not promise a particular diagnosis, prescription or certificate, and sometimes a little more assessment is needed before the picture is clear.
Optional, before your visitTake the PHQ-9 self assessment →A short 9-question mood check that helps us start on the right foot. It does not book an appointment.A consultation fee largely comes down to three things: the doctor's training, how much time each patient gets, and how the practice is run. This is a one-doctor practice with time-based appointments and a limited number of sessions each day, so every consultation has room for a complete assessment and careful records, never a rushed visit.
Quick answers to the things most people want to know first. Can't find yours?
Ask on WhatsApp →Of course. Send a message on WhatsApp and you will get a reply about which consultation suits you, before you pay or commit to anything.
Once your slot is booked, you receive a Google Meet link. Join from a quiet, private place with a steady internet connection, using a phone or laptop. The consultation is one-to-one, just like an in-person visit.
If you have them, keep these handy:

Yes. Medicines are suggested only when they are truly needed, and the decision is always made together with you. Many people are helped with lifestyle changes, yogic breathing practices and therapy guidance alone.

No, follow-ups are booked separately. A 30-minute follow-up consultation is ₹499. How often you need one depends on your treatment plan, and this is discussed at the end of each session.
Yes, one family member can join, with your consent. They can often add helpful details. You can also ask for part of the session to be one-to-one.
Yes. Child and adolescent psychiatry was part of my specialist training. Children and teenagers are always seen together with a parent or guardian, after proper consent, and never alone.
